Хочеться відзначити ставлення хазяйки і її родини. Всі наші прохання були задоволені. Справжні сімейне місце! Цікава дорога, по якій ми доїжджали до них. Автентичність зашкалює! По краєвиди можна не казати - вони там всюди приголомшливі! Рекомендую!

Great location looking across the valley at Krimml Waterfall, surrounded by farmland and farm animals. Each room had its own bathroom, which we really missed in later stays with a shared bathroom. The guest kitchen was very well equipped.
Hard to get to via a very narrow and dangerous track but worth it, an excellent stay.
Access to the farmhouse is by a very narrow, steep, high elevation and gravelled road and on the last bend there is a sheer drop hidden from the driver, without a barrier or any warning. At night there is a high risk of a vehicle going over the drop.
Firm pillows would have made the night's sleep easier. A coffee machine would be a welcome addition to the already excellent kitchen.

Monica's place was an absolute surprise - I was booking an accommodation near Krimml waterfalls and I wasn't expecting that we will get such a fantastic view as a bonus! Monica is such a nice host, she explained everything, gave us some local tips and even arranged free pass to Krimml waterfalls for us (part of tourism support programme).
Rooms were comfortable, each with dedicated bathroom. Shared kitchen was well equipped, ready for dinner & breakfast. House is reachable by car, there was no problem to park our car with a bicycle holder at the back, and Monica even allowed us to store our bicycles inside storage room for the night.

They have ducks, they have sheep, they have cows, they have a tractor… this place is great! You have a fantastic view from the balcony, we had a beer there and found it very relaxing to look at the animals doing their thing. The host Monika is SUPER nice and took some time of her day to talk to us a bit. Thanks to her, we know more about the austrian culture and the tyrol. We really enjoyed our stay.
The place is nice, don’t go there expecting a downtown 5 star hotel. Instead, expect a farm style 5 star hotel.
