We really liked the location of this property. Easy access to walk directly out onto the beach and has a pool which was well maintained. Condo also has an elevator and the property the condo is on is also kept up and clean.
The condo was cute but definitely could have been cleaned better. And updated. Sand still on the floor throughout the condo and we attempted to sweeping it up but due to an old broom we found in the closet we didn’t feel it did much better. Dirty ceiling fans and counters also. A sagging couch also. Couple of busted item in the condo from a previous time, a very loud washing machine that that could probably use updating. We also ran into an issue with someone who was not staying in the condo building parked in our reserved spot. We tried reaching out to the phone number left when this happens and property rental team, no reply. We went ahead and parked in a visitor spot (1 spot available), and as we were walking toward the door the guy who parked in our spot came to claim his truck and to leave. We told him he wasn’t supposed to park there and became belligerent and left but then to add to it once he got out to the street decided to put on a show by peeling out. We never did see his truck again but makes me think he wasn’t staying anywhere near there nor visiting anyone. We then had to worry all night if our truck was going to be vandalized because of the circumstances. The property says they’ll have non residents towed but I was told this never actually happens. We have stayed in different condos on this property and we have never had this happen before.
