Served the purpose but would not recommend without improvement

Location excellent as West Hampstead has such good transport links Spacious and well laid out. Nice large window. Good sized fridge and cooker

Should have blackout curtains in bedroom. Was disturbed by car lights flashing by all night. Could do with draining board for cutlery; and vegetable peeler. Water from kitchen tap never very cold. Smells seem to come through from other flats, probably via ventilators in shower room. At various times, sealant (I think repairs had been done in the flat above), toast, even smoking (?) and other smells. Wasn't sure what meant to be done with food peelings etc. Took far too long and too many messages to sort out beeping smoke alarm but the guy who sorted it in the end was pleasant. I was never sure what role the people replying to my messages had,...were they specific to the property or part of the huge enterprise Booking . com. they could introduce themselves more specifically.

Nice size of flat and convenient location with sufficient household amenities. Just felt needed renewal of bedding and t

Proximity to family relatives and transport.

Main double divan bed was uncomfortable and creaked everytime you moved, so much so we used the sofabed after our first night there. We would recommend new pillows, bedding and towels as they seemed well used.
