Property was excellent, neat, clean and spacious. The property was located within a short driving distance from the lake and a short stroll from Coakers Walk. The staff were very courteous and catered to our needs, the property has ample parking space too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property

Dinner options were very limited and I hope they expand the main course options a bit more.

The property is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Coaker's Walk, the lake, and the bus stand, making it a very convenient place to stay. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out was the common bonfire they arranged for all the guests. Even when we asked for extra firewood around midnight, they happily brought more without any hesitation. That level of service was genuinely unexpected and much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with modern amenities, including a refrigerator and a locker. It also had a ceiling fan, which surprisingly was missing in many other places we stayed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an excellent location. I would definitely recommend this property if it fits your budget.

There wasn't much to dislike, apart from the pricing. The food, in particular, felt a bit expensive for what was being offered. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Ambience and hospitality the best !

The location is very good.

The breakfast experience was satisfactory on the first day, when a buffet option was available. However, on the second day, we were informed that the buffet was not available due to the low number of guests, and we were asked to order whatever we needed from the available options. Unfortunately, when we requested juice, it was not available, and the sambar served with the breakfast was cold. The service was also somewhat delayed. On the positive side, the staff were polite, courteous, and well-behaved throughout. Overall, while the staff behaviour was good, the limited breakfast options, cold food, and delayed service on the second day were disappointing, especially since breakfast was included in the package.
