I stayed at this apartment for two nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location and overall quality of the accommodation were great, and I enjoyed my time there.
there were a few issues that affected my experience. Before arrival, I was sent additional rules that were not clearly stated on the booking app. These included restrictions on visitors, room access, and different check-out times. I had booked for two people and selected two rooms, but upon arrival I was informed that only one room would be opened because the booking was for two guests. After discussing the matter with management, we eventually reached an agreement and the second room was opened.
The Wi-Fi was also disappointing. It was either unavailable for guests or too slow to be useful, mainly working for Netflix on the TV. I had to use my own mobile data hotspot to access other apps like YouTube and DStv, which was inconvenient.
Another issue was the hot water schedule. The geyser is only switched on during certain hours, which meant the water was cold outside those times. While management was helpful when I raised this concern, it would be better if this information was clearly communicated beforehand.
Lastly, the booking app stated that check-out was at 11:00 AM, but I was later informed that check-out was actually at 10:00 AM, which was confusing.
Overall, the apartment is top-notch and I enjoyed my stay, but I believe the listing should clearly communicate all rules, room policies, Wi-Fi limitations, hot water schedules, and check-out times to avoid misunderstandings.
