A fantastic and cosy apartment right on the waterside with parking outside. It is fully renovated and beautifully done. Spotlessly clean throughout and very comfortable beds, lounge area, dining table, and a great kitchen. Lovely bathrooms. We were able to walk to a nice pub for dinner and into the city and the V&A easily. We enjoyed the water views and the sound of seagulls. It was a great base for exploring Dundee. Our host Susie was an excellent communicator who checked in on us, and who left us cold wine, milk, lots of snacks and biscuits. It was very generous. Susie was so helpful and lovely. We highly recommend this place. It was a lovely 'home from home'.

The property was beutiful with everything you needed and more
Lovely welcome basket with snacks and drinks in the fridge, everything you need is available and the place was spotless, extra blankets provided and WiFi and parking was available, also great communication from owner
We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, really clean and welcoming from the minute we arrived. There was even a lovely welcome pack waiting for us, which was a really nice touch.
Communication with the owner was super easy and always really quick. They also kindly allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated.
There were three of us staying and the two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The location was great too — around a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 17 minutes into town.
It’s also in a really quiet, peaceful and respectful area, so we had no issues at all with noise. All in all, a really comfortable stay, great location and we’d happily stay again.

This is the second time I have stayed in this beautiful comfortable apartment. The location is within walking distance of Dundee City Centre. The apartment itself has everything you could wish for. I really like the little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Communication with host Susie is easy, she is very punctual in replying and makes you feel very welcome.
There is honestly nothing I didn’t like.
