Staff throughout very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Beautiful views. The room was made out of bamboo with a lovely terrace. Breakfast was served in the room and was so delicious and fresh. Dinner choice a la carte is available for a fair price. Elephants visit twice a day +- 8am and 5pm - in the morning the staff gives sugar canes cut to feed the elephants from the room! Absolutely unforgettable stay and will surely remember it forever. Our children didn't want to leave anymore! There are several dogs and cats all very friendly and sweet. The manager drove us to bamboo rafting and brought us back as well. Cha and Chino are absolutely amazing and can be more than proud of themselves and of what a little paradise they have created.
Literally nothing to not like!

Warm welcome and Friendly people.
Good explanation by Cha about the Karen-people and traditions. You can feel they have a warm community with good values.
The dogs and cats are amazing. They follow you everywhere and have the sweetest hearts. One cat slept every night in our room.
The elephants in the afternoon and morning. You can see they are treated well.
I recommend to stay 2 nights at this place to take up the environment and atmosphere.
The owner and her crew also prepared an authentic Shabu (hotpot) for us. It was yummy Yummy.
No bad points. But I would not recommend staying here if you are not a dog/cat person. Then you should choose an other hotel :-).
