算是溫馨的房源，雖然是舊公寓重新裝潢，但屋主有盡量補齊設備。
1.第一天入住就有蚊子，也有大蜘蛛。住了六天幾乎都有蚊子🥲 2.有一間房間冷氣會有霉味；而且床和床板尺寸不合，床板破損，同行友人有刮到腳，床上還有毛髮。 3.浴室沒有乾濕分離，而是用透明浴簾擋住、洗澡時很容易碰到，不太舒服。 4.要注意住宿規範當天才告知，人數增加1人一天是20,000韓元，少1人可以減少20,000韓元。因為行程關係有增加也有減少人數，但屋主說入住當天後”減少人數”無法退還金額（當天在入住前詢問還是無法退款）。有相關規範可清楚寫在訂房網中。 5.不能行李寄放。
