Took 2.5hrs to enter property, broken lock, hosts were rude and accusational, property very noisy.

Took 2.5 hrs to enter the property. Neighbour had to help us as no response from owners for over 2 hrs even with Booking.com support. Wrong (daytime only) phone number given, door lock and gate fob broken. Accused of being at wrong property, accused of not following instructions (even though they were ambiguous). Got told off by police for leaving car on street whilst waiting for owners to respond. No offer of compensation for the extreme delays. Property was very noisy.
