a very cozy place in a lively location
the property managers were very responsive by phone and email but were VERY Dutch in that they were not empathetic to the tenants/customers and were policy enforcers (couldn’t think outside the box or from a customer’s perspective).

Amazing street with groceries and cafes and location is perfect, just outside the beautiful Breda center
though the staff was friendly they were very strict and rule bound. After we stayed there for two weeks, they did not let us return for two nights (due to their three night minimum policy) knowing that my mom had a wheelchair and it would be very difficult to find another place for her to stay.

Large, apartment.
Bed was comfortable. Good amenities.
Garden was large and there was sun around noon.
Good privacy at the backside and inside the apartment.
Enough pillows and towels
Nice kitchen.
Easy checkin and checkout.
Chinese neighbors argue in the room next to the couch, you can easily hear them through the wall.
They also open de backdoor in the alley which we did not like.
No privacy in the kitchen and toilet/bathroom area.
No ventilation in the toilet, nasty with a bad number 2 visit 🙈
No curtains at the front door is not nice, since the light in the kitchen goes on when walking from toilet to begin of the kitchen.
The neighbor in the apartment at the street side (where the gate is) can perhaps see me while I walked in my boxershort to the kitchen in the evening - while it is dark outside we were totally exposed in the kitchen.
We had a friend come by for a coffee and there is no doorbell at the entrance.
