Extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable and not worth the price paid.

The view was beautiful and was the main highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house did not match the quality of the view, which was disappointing.

Almost everything else was disappointing due to the poor cleanliness. We arrived tired late at night, only to find the house in an unacceptable condition. I had to sweep the floor myself around midnight and even went out to buy insect spray. There was visible dust throughout the house, and I found hair on the pillows and dressing table. I informed the owner, who mentioned that a cleaner had already been arranged, so I am unsure where the issue occurred. However, the property was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. I complained on the first day, and although I was promised that a cleaner would come the next morning to change the bedsheets and properly clean the house, the condition remained largely the same when I returned. It was exhausting and frustrating. The property was expensive, but the comfort and cleanliness did not justify the price. The house was spacious and had a great view, but the overall experience ended in disappointment. A gesture such as a partial refund would have been appreciated, but unfortunately the matter was left unresolved. Overall, very disappointing for the price paid.
