This place has been renovated reasonably recently so it felt new, clean, fresh and modern. The appliances were new as well. It had a burglar alarm and they house has a new fence around it with lockable gate across the driveway so your car can be parked safe at night. Their were handy extra things there that may be useful for people if needed. Unlike other places that have only the very minimum or what is essentially required. It's located on a nice quiet street away from the noise of main road. The host was very accommodating and helpful although I only spoke to him on phone.
Overall value for money I felt that comparative to other places I've stayed this was well priced.
The gate was a little difficult to lock but that could be easily sorted out. (probably a knack to it).
There was no blind or curtain in the kitchen.
