From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved it. Check-in was super easy with clear communication from the property manager, and walking through the door to that beautiful clean, fresh smell was fantastic. The unit was spotless, spacious and had everything our family of five needed. The views were incredible — waking up to the beach and even seeing whales from the unit was a real highlight. The location in the heart of Surfers Paradise was perfect, and it was fantastic value for money.
Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like was having to leave! We just wish we had booked a few more nights. Our three boys loved it, we loved it, and we’ll definitely be back.

handy to shops and beaches , the balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beach. was tastefully decorated and lounge and beds comfortable.

Such a beautiful little apartment, that fit our big family of 7 comfortably. Perfect location to pop down to the beach and only a short walk to the main street at surfers.

The location and communication were great.
Overall, the unit was tidy and clean
The security screen door at the entrance had two out of the three hinges rusted through and was swinging open from the top hinge when we arrived. When we entered and closed the door, the wind blew the screen door open again and we saw then that the door jamb is coming away from the door frame. The balcony door lock is also not very secure as the top screw of the lock/handle is not fixed to anything.
On arriving at the address, we (and a car in front of us) weren't able to use the fob to get into the car park) The owner did respond quickly to my email however, and we realised that we needed to drive over the sensor before using to fob to unlock the gate.
