Ontzettend goede communicatie van de host 24/7. Wij hebben echt een geweldige tijd gehad en het is perfect voor groepen. De locatie is perfect en de ruimte is groot genoeg! Enige nadeel is dat er niet echt een woonkamer is, maar de ruimte is optimaal benut.

This first-floor apartment is perfectly located centrally in Krakow for all of the major sights, especially the Wawel Castle complex and Vistula river. The bedrooms are very roomy and it was convenient to have two bathrooms available. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen, and it was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher to hand too. There is also a small dining area. Raul (our host) was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to any of our questions on the Booking app.
The apartment was a little tricky to find initially and note that you can't park on the street where it is located. If you arrive by car as we did, street parking charges will of course accumulate and must be renewed daily. Unfortunately, we stayed in Krakow during a heatwave and the apartment was extremely hot. At night, the traffic is very loud, so opening windows is not advisable. However, the host had provided large fans in each room, which helped when it came to trying to sleep. The apartment would benefit from additional mirrors.

The location was amazing and only a 10 minute walk to the main square.
There were 7 family members in our group and the apartment was very spacious that we didn't feel on top of each other at all. It was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed.
Soniya was in contact with me all the time and accommodated our flight times, by letting arrive earlier than the check-in time and let us stay much later than the allotted check out time which was a great help.
We will definitely be back and would recommend this apartment !
It did take us a while to find the apartment, but I think that was my fault because I hadn’t properly checked the address beforehand. As constructive criticism, it could be advertised more clearly.
