Large main room and beautiful main bathroom, with a good sized second bedroom for the kids, well equipped kitchen, and nice outdoor seating area. Had a garage for the car, which is rare in this area. Nice area, short walk to train station and walkable to city centre

1 地理位置好 走到火车站不远 2 房间非常干净整洁 而且有两个卫生间（ps：能洗澡的只有那个公共卫生间））还有个小院子 3老板非常好 我们麻烦他好几次，开始是因为我们想做饭一些调料没有了，他来给我们送，后面是我们的租车车胎漏气了，老板太好了🥹他帮我们打电话叫道路救援！然后他看救援一直没来，叫我们先去玩，他把自己电话贴在车上，说他给我们后续交接！非常暖心！

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Florence. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir la ville et se déplacer facilement. L’appartement est très spacieux, très bien agencé et agréable à vivre. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien dès notre arrivée.
L’hôte est également très à l’écoute, disponible et bienveillante, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
Une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

La vicinanza alla fermata del tram per andare in centro.
Struttura carina e dotata di varie attrezzature.
Impianto di climatizzazione "industriale" non controllabile. Rumore e temperatura bassa.
Water nel bagno principale troppo alto; bagno di servizio da sistemare, soprattutto, chiudendolo con una porta e non con una tenda come ora.
La seconda stanza dovrebbe essere fornita almeno di un comodino perché non c'è un punto di appoggio.
Il piccolo giardino non è fruibile per le tante zanzare.
