Die Lage ist traumhaft - Blick von einer netten Terrasse hin zum historischen Dorf Eze und dahinter das Meer.

Das hübsche Anwesen ist gerade im Umbau - es muss und wird gerade einiges saniert.

L’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la cortesia e disponibilità dello staff che ci accolto in piena notte, la posizione dominante con vista sul mare, la temperatura temperata nonostante l’assenza di aria condizionata e la calura esterna, l’origine storica dell’edificio in cui si trova la struttura.

La terrazza con vista necessità ancora di qualche piccola manutenzione, ma dato il prezzo davvero competitivo non sarebbe corretto pretendere di più.

Manque de propreté dans la salle de bain Les robinets lavabo étaient mal fixés, et l un avait l eau chaude à gauche et l autre à droite ! Le meuble sous vasques non utilisables pour rangements car pourris Des salons extérieurs présents mais non utilisables car pas nettoyés Cuisine commune mal organisée, pas très propre et frigo non nettoyé. Il reste de la nourriture des anciens clients qui n est pas enlevés à chaque départ
