Clean and spacious
There was virtually no sound insulation, so traffic and outside noise could be heard clearly inside, especially at night.

Elevator wasn't working and I had to lift my luggage up 3 flights of stairs (even though it was noted as 1st floor, that only meant 1st floor of the residences--should be noted). Had to move units due to an animal in the wall scratching to get out and an open hole in the wall, but otherwise, great stay. The cleaning lady was wonderful, so lovely and helpful.

Our room was on the street side, and it was impossible to sleep as the windows are not soundproof. We stayed for six days and only received one towel for the entire stay. Since it was a bit cool, we tried to use the AC, but it wasn't working and we received no reply from the host.
The kitchen forniture were not very clean, no soap and the dish sponge wasn't new.
