Très décevant, avec de nombreux problèmes non résolus et un service client insuffisant.

Je n’ai absolument rien apprécié dans cet établissement. Je ne le recommande à personne. Les prestations ne correspondent pas à celles annoncées et notre séjour a été très décevant. À mon avis, Booking.com ne devrait pas continuer à proposer cet établissement tant que tous ces problèmes n’auront pas été résolus.

Notre séjour a été très décevant. L’accès à la piscine nous a été refusé alors qu’elle était annoncée parmi les équipements. Les cartes d’accès n’étaient pas prêtes à notre arrivée et ils m’ont donné une autre pas valable, ce qui a retardé notre installation. Le garage était quasiment inutilisable en raison du manque d’espace pour manœuvrer. Le store principal était défectueux et ne bloquait pas la lumière ni la chaleur. Le chauffe-eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement et plusieurs équipements étaient en mauvais état. Enfin, malgré nos réclamations, ni l’établissement ni Booking.com n’ont apporté de solution satisfaisante. De plus, une compensation financière m’avait été promise. À ce jour, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun remboursement. On m’a uniquement envoyé une preuve de virement, mais le montant n’a jamais été crédité sur mon compte.

La location era comoda per noi per recarci sul posto di lavoro velocemente, il wifi funzionava perfettamente, l'accesso automatico semplice e funzionale

Migliorerei il servizio di pulizia con del personale professionista e cambierei tutti gli accessori in cucina acquistandone di nuovi. Mancava un aspirapolvere con il quale fare un pò di pulizie visto che siamo stati 8 giorni. Alcune attrezzature non sono presenti pur essendo elencate nell'annuncio come ad esempio la lavastoviglie, il forno e l'asciugatrice.

Apartamento nuevo, moderno, bien ubicado con Cercanías muy cerca, súpermercado cerca también.

Quizás faltaban algunas cosas como más papel de baño, un trapo de cocina, pero nada que me incomodase ni me dificultase
