The rooms including the toilets were large with all necessary appliances, furniture and facilities. The breakfast was basic but good. It is a boutique hotel with a few rooms tucked away in a corner of the city.
It is at a distance from the main tourist centre of Dal Lake Ghat No 2, 3, etc. and hence it is difficult to go to these places and enjoy the vibe in the evenings unless one has his own transport.

Rooms were good …Spacious and clean
The hot water provisioning was not there . there was some technical issue with the bathroom hot and cold fittings which they couldn’t fix in our two day stay .
