We, rayat family, forgot our bag at radisson propery but Mr. Irfan Qadri, key member of radisson, handed it over to us after traveling 2 hours which is sign of honesty and diligence towards guests. We are extremely thankful.

Breakfast was good. Location was also good. Staff was excellent, they stepped up once they were told what needed to be fixed.
The room floors were not clean, that was very disappointing. The refrigerator in the room was not working. The electric water kettle knob was broken, after turning it on it would not stop boiling water and the handle got so warm it would burn one's hand to pour hot water to make a cup of tea. The cabinet counters were not clean. There was no hot water for shower. Showering in lukewarm water when it is 50 degrees F is not what I paid for. And there is no water in the hotel daily from 12 noon to 3pm, so if a guest wants to take a shower midday, one is out of luck <--This should be made available as public knowledge so the guests know of the inconveniences included for a pricey rental property. The hotel did not even offer any compensation for inconveniences faced. Very disappointed.
