Clean, new, friendly staff, and good breakfast.
It only had one working elevator. The second one wasn’t working. That is totally inadequate for a hotel of that size full of guests. We were on the top floor and were very frustrated by elevator wait times. There isn’t any indication on the fourth floor regarding elevator floor location like there is on the first floor. You don’t have any indication of how long you need to wait. If you knew you might just use the stairs.
Also the cardboard lids for the coffee cups in the breakfast area don’t work at all. The plastic lids in the room do. It would be better not to even provide a lid that doesn’t begin to work. The cardboard lids leak and create accidents.

Breakfast was very good. Location was very good as well, and wonderful staff. Recommend this to travelers.
Unfortunately, one elevator was broke down, long waits for elevator that worked.
