This is a beautiful apartment. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Very good appliances in the kitchen. Crockery, cutlery and glassware of a high standard. Good garage parking.
The driveway is very steep but access to the garage is easy. The stairs from the entry/garage to the apartment are quite steep too and as two 75 years old ladies we found it a bit of a struggle.

Absolutely beautiful townhouse. In a perfect location close enough to everything.
Clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. We were super impressed with the garage as we were there for a car club weekend and we were able to fit both our cars and gear in the extra long garage.
Will definitely be back any time we need accommodation in Launnie.

The location was great. Not too far out of cbd. Clean and new feeling.
Was extremely cold upon arrival. Being middle of winter would of been nice to have a better welcoming to unit. No bath mats or hand towel in bathrooms??? The drive way is a bit how ya going too!
