Extremely clean and cosy giving a homely feeling.
Pleasing behavior from the staff.
There is no mirror at the wash basin making it inconvenient for those who want to shave.

The owner of the place, the staff and the general 'how can I make you comfortable' attitude.
Wish all the rooms are connected to an inverter, apparently is powering some of the rooms. For that matter, even the corridor lights went dark during a power outage and stayed off until it was resolved.
