Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist zones, you'll find peace and privacy—yet you'll still be just minutes from all the attractions that make both Albufeira and the Algarve so special. By car, you can reach any corner of the Algarve in just 15–45 minutes, making this the perfect base for exploring.

Entry to the property is through a secure electric gate. If you choose to rent a car (something we highly recommend for your comfort), you'll have a shaded pergola to keep it cool under the daytime sun. Traveling with an electric vehicle? No worries—the property has its own charging station, free of charge for our guests.

The villa offers two en-suite queen bedrooms for privacy, a third queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom/office with a comfortable sofa bed—the last two share a bright central bathroom. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

The private swimming pool can be heated upon request (EUR 150 per week or fraction of a week, payable at the property), turning every dip into pure bliss. Children will love the wide green lawn next to the pool, perfect for play and fun in the sun.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS UNDER PORTUGUESE LAW – PLEASE READ

1. GUEST REGISTRATION (SIBA). Under Portuguese law, all accommodation providers must register their guests with the Portuguese authorities through SIBA (Sistema de Informação de Boletins de Alojamento). At check-in, every guest – including children – must present a valid passport or national ID card and provide all the details required for this registration (full name, nationality, date of birth, document number, country of residence). Check-in cannot be completed and access to the property cannot be given until all guests' identification data has been provided.

2. MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX. In accordance with the Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax Regulation (Regulamento da Taxa Municipal Turística do Município de Albufeira), a tourist tax of €2 per person per night applies to stays from 1 April to 31 October, charged for a maximum of 7 nights per stay. Children under 13 are exempt. This tax is set by the municipality, is NOT included in your booking payment and is not collected by the booking platform. It must be paid IN CASH at the property on arrival, at the moment of check-in, before entering the house.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required at check-in, payable in cash or by bank transfer on arrival. The deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours after check-out – to the same account it was paid from, or in cash at departure if it was paid in cash – provided there is no damage to the property, no missing items, and no breach of the house rules.
