The location of Misty Bay is fantastic. It’s extremely quiet and the views are gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate. Phil, our host, was most welcoming. Our room was beautiful, the linens were pristine and our bathroom was modern with even a heated towel rack. There is an upstairs TV lounge, and down the hall from our bedroom was a wonderfully equipped kitchen - microwave, air fryer, cappuccino maker, toaster, fridge, kettle- teas, coffee, biscuits, cartons of water and milk in the fridge. We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay. We highly recommend it! Thank you Phil and Misty Bay - Kenmare.

Amazing place. It’s not big, but the perfect size for 2 people and it worked great for us since we were traveling through and arrived a bit later.
Directions were clear and concise and easy to follow, and the amenities such as the washing machine were awesome for us. Definitely would stay here again and for the price it’s way better than anything nearby!

It was lovely after traveling for 2 weeks to have access to a fridge, stove and microwave.
We totally enjoyed a couple of steaks on the bbq with a glass of wine watching sunset over the magnificent mountains.
