It’s also ideal for those who want to alternate between forest walks, visits to Rouen, and exploring Normandy. The house offers a good balance between tranquility, modern comfort, and proximity to amenities. The cottage is located near the owners’ home. First floor: - Fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, and TASSIMO pod coffee machine, oven, and refrigerator; - Separate restroom; - Living room with a fireplace insert and smart TV. First floor: - Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink, - Small bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds (2 beds, 90x190 cm), - Large bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Outside: - Terrace with patio furniture and a lounge chair - Private parking for 2 cars, - Access through a gate to the forest, the church, and local shops. - Train station less than 500 meters away. You can put your vegetable scraps and food leftovers to good use by feeding them to the chickens and sheep on the property. A visit here is always a delight for both children and adults. For safety reasons, it is recommended that you keep your distance from the beehives located on the property.
