The chalet was newly built in 2012. The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the large sunny garden terrace, which invites you to enjoy and relax. Right next to the entrance door is the Fragrant herb Garden.
In the 2 room apartment apartment 35 m2 you will find everything your heart desires. The centerpiece is the sensationally furnished kitchen, spices, coffee and tea are already ready for you on arrival. With the equipment you can prepare wonderful holiday dinners.
If you want to enjoy the charm of the Grindelwald nature, the impressive view of the Eiger north Face, the Wetterhorn and the Grindelwald Glacier in a modern comfortable apartment, the Chalet Boimenzüün is the right place for you.
Cleanliness has the highest priority. The apartment is cleaned very thoroughly after each stay. The floors are all made of tiles and equipped with underfloor heating. The hot water and the underfloor heating are sustainably heated with solar panels and the wood heating.
You have access to the laundry room, where there is a ski boot dryer and you have space to store material.
There is enough space for bikes, skis, sledges.
The parking is free of charge right next to the chalet.
The Mühlebach bus stop (bus line 121) is located 5 minutes from the chalet, with the guest card you can use the entire local bus network for free.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. The downstairs area where you stay has the MOST incredible views of the mountains. There’s a table and chairs outside on the patio where we would sit and eat or just relax in the lounge chairs staring at The Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. It’s breathtaking. Their space is perfectly clean and in the kitchen Margot has thought of everything you need for saving money and making meals “at home”. We would eat our breakfast then pack a little lunch and head out to go sightseeing. We chose to eat dinners in the local restaurants after the tourist rush so around 19:00. The hosts are also great for knowing fun places to go see. They have books in the space with suggestions and a pass that gets you on the bus and certain transportation for free. What I loved most about their location is it’s away from the crowds. It’s so peaceful and quiet we never wanted to leave. The loudest sounds you’ll hear is the breeze rustling the leaves, cowbells in the distance and your own fun conversations deciding where to go next. Or, just chill on the patio and wish you lived there. - Enjoy!

The apartment was immaculate. It was nicer than the photos show. The family was delightful, although they didn't speak much English. The view from the patio was absolutely gorgeous. The one thing to keep in mind is the hours the bus runs (we had to pay for a taxi since we missed the bus going back). And it is a long uphill walk with lug suitcases.
