Beautiful unit with everything we needed

The condo was wonderful, very large kitchen, living space and plenty of room for our family of 5. However, the washer machine didn’t work. I emailed the property manager and was told they would put in a work repair order. On the final day, I mentioned my disappointment in not being able to wash any clothes, and the reply I received said that the repair person had fixed it while we were out of the condo. However, I was never notified and there was no note left, therefore I had no idea that it was in working order. The manager said they left a voicemail to notify me, but there was no such message left on either my husband or my phone.
