About this house rental
Located in Saint-Nexans, Gîte Les Lilas - Les Carassonnes welcomes you to a peaceful 90 m² holiday home for up to 5 guests. You’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious shower. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed; the upstairs room with exposed beams offers a double and a single bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine and a classic filter coffee maker. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and step-free access.
Outside, relax in the shared garden with views of the forest, fields, and orchard, or on your own open private terrace. The shared heated pool (48 m²) with waterfalls and a shallow 30 cm area—ideal for supervised children—is open May to late September, weather permitting. Table tennis, barbecue, outdoor shower, children’s games, and books are also available.
Two on-site parking spaces are provided. Pets and events are not allowed. A baby kit (high chair, changing table, cot with sheets) and breakfast service are available for an extra charge.
Bed linen, towels, welcome products, and cleaning are included. Beds will be made for your arrival. The gîte is surrounded by nature with direct access to cycling and hiking trails, restaurants, picturesque villages, wine tastings, cultural sites, and family activities.
