This is a hidden gem - an absolutely beautiful apartment in one of the most lovely locations in Venice. About 5 minutes walk from Zaterre vaporetto stop makes moving around so easy & quick , and yet here you are away from crowds. The apartment is very special - SO much nicer and brighter than it looks on the photos. A small terrace out back is perfect for breakfast in the morning sunshine.

The fit out was excellent. It was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped. The courtyard was lovely. Location was very good especially with the water bus and supermarket so conveniently close.
Host was super responsive.
It is easier to ask what we did not like as it was close to perfect for us.
The curtain on the se one bedroom was effective to provide privacy to a certain point except when asleep. A door is preferable.
It was unfortunate the washing machine was broken as it is difficult to find a laundry in Venice and took time away from exploring. There was also no clothes airier for hand washing to hang on, or iron.

Great location, responsive hosts, apartment has a nice vibe. Close to lively streets, but not noisy outside the apartment windows.
Air conditioning was weak. During our stay outside temp was 31 and inside temp was 27-28. Hosts were responsive and offered to send HVAC specialist but we didn’t want to be bothered.
