Lugar céntrico y rápido de llegar cerca al terminal y a la agencia cruz del sur es cómodo tiene ascensor

El único proble aque le veo es que por el clima de ica que hace mucho frío en la mañanas y en la noches típico del clima de decierto el agua caliente no funciona por lo cual es un martirio si llegas de viaje y quieres darte un baño
