Great location next to canal and 8 mins walk along towpath to nearest restaurants and supermarket. About 15 mins walk to Carfax tower/centre. Both bedrooms have an ensuite and there is a toilet on the ground floor also. Complementary biscuits, tea & coffee & water. Fans in all rooms - great during a heatwave. Owner let us park on site earlier than check-in, which was great.
Not much - sofa bed wasn’t super comfortable and there was no sheet provided. Had to follow up for door code and ask where sofa bed linen was.

The house was immaculate, well-appointed, and in a great location that was quiet while also being very close to central Oxford. It's next to the canal towpath, which is the beginning of the way to town on foot and very pretty and cool to walk through. Our host let us drop off our bags early, which was a huge help, and had thought of many little details that made our stay comfortable and cozy. We only wish we had been able to stay longer!

We enjoyed the patio in the mornings for coffee. It was nice to have a washing machine. It was so close to the train station and easy to get to a bus stop also. Loved relaxing in the evenings.
Probably needs new bed mattresses. Very much like a box.
