Location was chef’s kiss for what we wanted to do, easy to find via GPS, extremely clean, reflected the booking description and the host was lovely. Everything we needed was available and provided. Suggestion - have your son record you going over every detail that you provided upon arrival and send to guests a day before planned arrival. That way you don’t have to do it each time, you never miss an item to review, guests have the ability to review and replay (should they need a repeat) and if they arrive late, can settle in with a quick meet and greet.
One roach. It is an tree/plant dense place, so there were a few bugs (host had an amazing and humane catcher) but during the night, a roach crawled from out of the office/shop and up the wall. Killed it but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention it. I still gave a perfect cleanliness score because that place was immaculate to the point the vermin felt out of place but again - remembering that this is a very outdoorsy area, I don’t equate it to uncleanliness (and I loathe roaches lol). Maybe a perimeter spray around doors and windows to deter bug entry.

We stayed here as a couple and had an amazing experience. The studio is small but very cozy, extremely clean, and everything was new. The decoration was superb and thoughtfully done. It comes with a free parking space, which was very convenient for us. The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place is truly amazing and the most beautiful house we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended and we would definitely love to come back!
Everything was perfect!!!
