Fantastic place! Great owner/manager and staff. Very responsive, accommodating and friendly! I had a number of special requests and they always went out of their way to help. Lovely little space - clean, comfortable and safe. Fantastic cafe and coworking downstairs, and a short walk from the beach. Quiet at night.
Very thin walls (just glass) so you can hear dogs barking, some traffic, and your neighbors/the cleaners (recommend soundproofing rooms more). Also recommend providing a kettle for each room, and a clothes dryer on the balcony.

The location is very convenient and quiet. There were no construction sites nearby and almost no traffic noise at night, so sleeping was comfortable.
There is a cafe downstairs where you can have breakfast or lunch and also sit with a laptop and work. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful.
The room itself is simple but has everything needed for a short stay: a fridge, wardrobe, and air conditioning. For the price, it was exactly what I expected.
The doors have frosted glass, including the door facing the corridor and outside, so sound insulation is limited and some light still comes through even with the curtains closed.
The Wi-Fi was also not very strong or consistent. I would rate it around 6 out of 10, so it may not be ideal if you need a very reliable connection for work.

Staff were great, really welcoming, also the guy that made the coffee made it at the perfect temperature, quite rare in bali :D
