Location was perfect for the purpose of our weekend, close enough to the City Centre but without being amongst the hustle and bustle! Plenty of space in kitchen/living area, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels for all guests too.
Facilities were fine overall albeit a little tired - areas of apartment could use a little tlc. The flush on the toilet kept sticking or not working, kitchen could needs oven gloves and kitchen towels.

Lovely spacious open plan lounge and kitchen. The bedroom with 3 beds was a good size the double bedroom a little snug. Only one allocated parking space which can be challenging for a flat that sleeps 6 people.
Needs oven gloves to get hot food out of oven and a tea-towel would have been handy for drying dishes. Instructions on where to find the WiFi -code would be useful. Limited glasses for drinks -unless you want to drink out of wine glasses all the time. Some of the provided towels had seen better days and the toilet flush was a bit unpredictable.

Location was great. Walking distance to central Manchester (30 mins) and we had a good stay
One issue that we reported was a window had broken which caused a lot of noise on street side but owner will fix.
