Close to the beach in a quiet lane, close to markets and shops and not too far from Bangla if you’re into that area. I stayed in one of the balcony rooms which was cozy, modern and clean. Great value for the budget traveller.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Ok for one or two nights.
We were 3rd floor with heavy suitcases - no lift. But a member of staff helped with one case.
We had a window (some don’t) but it was not a window - rather an ill-fitting door onto a metre square balcony - no good for anything - except letting mosquitoes in.
The toilet / shower is a wet room. You need to remove the toilet paper before you shower and if you need the toilet afterwards your shorts will get wet as it does not drain properly.
