Pra começar o sofá tem um odor muito ativo, alergias. O barulho que vem do exterior, não se pode ter janela aberta. A fazer muitos trabalho para melhorar o estado. Pouca comunicação com o proprietário.

Uitzicht Gevoel van jaren 80 Omgeving Tv Bed groot ligt goed Kussens Kussensloop bed overtrek Groote bank volgens mij kan slaapbank worden zit heerlijk denk ook heerlijk als bed Privé parkeerplaats precies onderaan bij de lift perfect Heel mooi gebouw Voor lekker eten probeer Mezopotamya 5 min loopafstand Mooie kerkje in de buurt Hele leuke buurt om in te verblijven Koffie en gezelligheid loop naar waterkant meteen een super lief en leuk horeca tent en heerlijk lopen daarzo Supermarkt Voldoende bakker onderaan appartement Tafel en twee stoelen Schoon balkon

Het appartement was schoon qua stof etc en mooi opgemaakt bed. Dus oppervlakkig schoon maar daarmee is alles gezegd! Bestek borden pannen sorry heb alles heel goed zelf afgewassen Inhoud kasten niet schoon Oven is ouderwets oud en vies Kregen elektrisch shocken van Oven was echt te smerig Koelkast wel schoon en redelijk op temperatuur Vuilnisbak groot met te kleine zak dus alles is erin gevallen was zo geïrriteerd over alles dat ik het zo heb gelaten Muren mogen echt een likje verf overal vieze vlekken Stopcontacten liggen eruit Geen Waterkoker Geen snijmes heb nog steeds pijn van de metalen mes die ik heb moeten gebruiken Ruikt niet dus niet vies ofzo maar ook niet fris Wc liep steeds vol dus je moest eerst doortrekken daarna snel plassen en poepen want wat loopt in de wc Wasmachine is ouderwets model Geen voldoende theedoeken om tafel aanrecht af te nemen Bed lag lekker maar voelde niet schoon aan Geen spullen van huis kunnen gebruiken Veel potentie maar helaas huisbaas reageert ook niet op je vragen Verwarming stond aan ook op wc het was te warm in huis bij open raam krijg je vliegen op bezoek want water wat njet stroomt Was geen fris fijn huis helaas en zeker niet de prijs waard want ligt ver van alles dus huis zou echt schoon en verzorgd moeten zijn en communicatie ook! Inchecken met pass ofzo is prima maar onnodig
