Our host Kylie was incredible!!! My wife suffered a broken wrist earlier in our road trip & due to a hospital stay we were a day late checking-in. Kylie met us outside the building, took us to their dedicated parking places, got a baggage trolley, took us up in the elevator, showed us everything in the huge & luxurious apartment. Even gave me printed detailed driving instructions to Auckland airport. She supplied so much - milk, sparkling water (3 litres), fresh fruit - bananas, kiwi's, apples. In our 52 years of international travel, I would suggest this was the finest apartment we've ever rented!! Kylie the best host!!

Outstanding in every respect. A spacious beautifully appointed apartment in a perfect location that could not be faulted. The host Kylie was super accommodating regarding my change in plans and with her willingness to make every aspect as convenient to me as possible. I also was grateful for the 2 covered car parks in the basement with immediately accessible lift access between the car park and the apartment.
