The accommodation was clean. Most things were available to be used as a home
I spent almost 2 hours before gaining access. The video wasn't much helpful especially visiting Paris for the first time. It was difficult to get someone who can speak fluent English. Fortunately after all hope was gone a gentleman who lived in the same neighbourhood looked at the video and was able to take me to the right spot.
I will advise that if someone is visiting for the first time you should get someone to go and deliver the keys after agreeing a check in time

La ubicación es excelente. A 10 minutos del metro ciudad universitaria. Es un vecindario seguro y muy tranquilo con varios supermercados cerca y lugares para comer. Los anfitriones muy amables y estuvieron pendientes de que tuviéramos una estancia agradable. No había ventilador y lo solicitamos y al siguiente día nos llevaron uno.
No hay cafetera y se cobra aparte es parte de los extras. Me aparece que deberían tener una cafetera básica en el departamento. Seria recomendable advertir antes de realizar las reservas y pagarlas que se retienen mil euros como garantía hasta que se hace la revisión de que todo está bien.

Dit appartement pakte echt goed uit voor onze tijd in Parijs. Wat we vooral chill vonden, was hoe rustig de buurt was, vooral ’s avonds. Daardoor konden we lekker tot rust komen na een dagje op pad te zijn geweest

було досить зручно, були стандартні засоби гігієни, квартира зручна, світла, персонал досить швидко відповідав
власник після повної оплати квартири, відправив посилання, де потрібно було пройти верифікацію, проблем немає, але потім там просить «захист від пошкоджень» у сумі 125 євро, які не повертаються, або 500-1000 євро, які повертаються. про це не було ніякого попередження ніде і цю процедуру ніяк не можна обійти. також розташування було досить зручним, але досить далеким від станцій і зупинок. також, була брудна підлога. у квартирі дуже дуже мало розеток і в кімнатах немає ламп на стелі, світло йде від стоячих ламп, і одна з них у залі просто не працювала.
