The apartment was very clean. The living/kitchen was great.
The mattresses were very soft.

Perfect location close to our friends house, and easy to park. Nice quiet area. Nice and spacious living room/kitchen, also good sized bathroom. Double room quite small but big enough and room with singles a good size.
Parts of decor definitely need some TLC. Peeling wallpaper etc so bit of updating would help.
Message host Tuesday before our Saturday stay, no reply. Tried to call also no reply. Only automated messages from booking.com no other contact at all, luckily no problems or emergencies otherwise would have been stuck!!!

I did not like anything . The only positive was that we did not sleep in the car. But the accommodation was a total lack of respect towards guests.
-totally overpriced, l especially for what the apartment offers
- the place is dirty, from the bottom floor of the staircase all the way up. We stayed in apartment F. There is nothing pleasing to the eye around you.. Spider webs and think dust dirty floors and stairs .
- the apartment is bah…. Rather uninteresting, but that would not be a big issue if it was clean. The bathroom especially,… i had difficulty to Take a shower as you could see the glass door and taps and soap containers were not washed…. In ages.
- to see the cheap quality of the space, last time it was painted …in this terrible blue… they did not even bother to take down the paintings on the wall… and painted around them. Can you picture this?? 🙈😵
- the internet did not work. It got interrupted all the time
-towels were pitiful (very low quality)
- the place pretends to sleep 6, it has a full kitchen , though only a small table with 2 chairs. Where do they expect you eat with your family?
- the bed in one of the bedrooms was an absolute a joke. It jumps with every move . Luckily the other bedroom bed was better, so we moved.
We booked this place in desperation, as everything was booked out in Folkstone. We hesitated because it was very expensive -270€-, but when we realized what we got for it… we were just saddened. Total disrespect! Considering that 2 nights before we were in a 4 star hotel very cute and comfy… for half the price….
