1. Lift doesn’t come to the ground floor. Need help with luggage to get it to first floor via stairs
2. In final bill different owner name was there - Sunshine Residency’
3. The room bed sheet was smelly
4. For generating bill, owner was asking my booking PIN from me which is weird because nowhere else I have encountered this.

Staff behaviour is excellent.
Location, no restaurants nearby, absence of in-premises kitchen, cleanliness can be better, room size is small.
