The staff is very good, especially the reception staff. They deal with guests in a very professional and courteous manner.
The hotel's location was excellent, and the security arrangements were also very good.
I stayed for one night and paid PKR 4,000. Considering the price, the room did not provide everything that should have been included. For example...
1: The room was air-conditioned, but the AC was not working as it should. The cooling was very poor.
2:Another major issue was the hotel's elevator. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it stopped while operating, and at other times it didn't work at all. The management should seriously look into this issue.
3:The hotel does not provide breakfast. Considering the room costs PKR 4,000 per night, many other hotels in the same price range include complimentary breakfast, so this was disappointing.
4:The bedsheet in my room was not properly clean either. I would advise everyone to check everything carefully before booking.
After considering all these issues, I believe the room should cost around PKR 3,000 per night, not more than that.
