A very pleasant stay in a fantastic location, although would have appreciated some additional basic amenities to make th

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, convenient check in/out, and full size kitchen was welcomed!

Minimal amenities - no spare toilet paper (had to buy more), only one spare rubbish bag, no single use laundry detergent provided. Couch was exceptionally uncomfortable and toilet seat in ensuite was broken (thankfully it’s a 2 bedroom so mostly used other bathroom).

Great location and Views

The location fantastic..the unit had lovely Decor..and the facilities great

Sadly there was some issues when we arrived.. hopefully just a one off problem..small things...no coffee .milk.. toilet paper but we arrived 15 min early and wet sheets and towels in bags..

A terrible experience.

Property is extremely unhygienic and unclean, mould throughout the apartment, hair and dead bugs everywhere, the air vents are all dirty and there is liquid running down the walls in the bedroom. We cancelled the booking upon arrival and were told we’d be refunded but have since been ghosted by the property manager. Do not book this property - it is a scam.

Enjoyed the location would not stay in this apartment again.

Good location. Easy walking distance to South Bank and across the river to town.

Place is very run down and unclean. Bedding was stained which made it unpleasant to sleep in. Furniture very stained. Advertised as having a sofa bed. No sheets provided for it. Messaged owner and they delivered some the next day which was too late. The sofa bed is tiny. My son lay on it and his legs from his knees down hung over the edge.
