Guest relations staff, PAR, was absolutely amazing if you go ask for her.
Clean and modern, safe, kitchen area was good and they provided some snacks and foods free of charge.
In room wifi didn’t work , despite telling the staff at night many times.
room had a connecting door, you could hear everything in the other room.
To be honest, some staff weren’t as friendly
You cannot drink soft drinks , alcoholic drinks, being takeaway food, smoke in the room, was a bit uncomfortable
Finally, not a negative but just to let you know - I believe the hotel mostly caters specifically to Chinese guests most staff are Chinese or speak Chinese, signs in Chinese, most guests I have seen were Chinese couples or families, so there is not a real hostel or social house vibe everyone was very individualistic.

The staff is outstanding. Also the bathroom is spotless. The room colours are very calming. Just go and try it. I think it's worth it.

Es war ein sehr netter Aufenthalt. Das ganze Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war super sauber und hatte eine wirklich gute Ausstattung. Das Bett war sehr gut und man konnte Nachts ruhig schlafen. Es gibt eine Professionelle Küche in der jeder Gast alles selbst kochen oder zubereiten kann wie man möchte.Auch die Kaffeemaschine ist richtig gut und mit allen Sorten ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.👍👍😀
Die Bodenabdichtung in der Dusche könnte man eventuell ändern. Sonst ist das Bad aber wirklich gut.
