The hotel is not that old as the attention to detail in the build is excellent. a very comfortable hotel. we had breakfast once, it was very good.
What stand out mostly for me was staff. Most , not all we unfriendly and seemed unhappy and did not smile at all. I believe staff moral is down for some reason. Especially the senior girl in reception. She refused to smileThe thing I was very disappointed was not a staff issue but a management issue. The staff where not in uniforms and it really stands out. A beautiful hotel and staff wandering around in their own clothes, thongs flip flops call them what you like. It lowers the standard from the moment you walk in the front door. Management buy you staff uniforms

The staff were fantastic
the smell of room deodorant/disinfectant was overpowering. Grab drivers had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel as the sign on the road was not very captivating.

This hotel is very good and impressed me a lot as a new hotel, it was clean, the location is in the most most perfect spot as everything was walking distance and all facilities were really impressive.
I would much likely prefer kind staff instead of ruthless staff and during breakfast time the hotel messed up the order many times even though it is clearly ticked on the checklist what I would like to eat.
