The worst stay in my life

Nothing!

Everything!Freezing,absolutely dirty ,no towels,smells horribly badly,very untidy…It was the worst stay.I payed for two night but slept only for one.Landlord ignoring msgs..That place should be closed as soon as possible!

Better off sleeping in the street than here!

Nothing we will demand a refund it was like a crack den

Everything - disgusting filthy broken down house. Dirty stained sheets on bed - no health and safety measures we were locked in to the building and had ro be let out. Want refund we coukd not stay there.

I would advice anyone to never stay at this property under any circumstances

The staff were friendly

It has no running water at all in the house. Blood on the mattress, bloodied flem on the bathroom floor, wind blowing through the window of bedroom while closed. Kitchen was vile. Holes in the doors/walls. Bed clothes were dirty.

NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY EXCEPT ONE HAS NO CHOICE FOR A NIGHT

Location is perfect

No physical person in charge, you only have to communicate by text message (wouldn't pick a vocal call at the time) with no proper response in time, another co-lodger is been assigned to give access into the property and explain where to switch ON/OFF the water heater. The heating system in the room was replaced by a small electric heater which wasn't functioning properly at the time with toilet not in proper condition to use.

Don’t stay here if you can

It was like a derelict house from the outside with a broken front door, the room was freezing and the window left open shortly after I closed the window I realised why it was left open the smell of sewerage from the bathroom was noxious and gave me a headache, the sink had a leak which covered the floor after another hour so I looked for a towel and there was none. Old t shirt worked for me. Hot water was non existent from the shower which was filthy and yes I ran it for long enough don’t worry. Hot water was coming from the sink go figure. The room to the door was about 1cm smaller then the frame all around so u could see out and anyone could see in. Noise was travelling from everywhere not much privacy. I ran out the door the following morning and the procedure they have is you throw the key through the letter box after leaving and after doing so I realised I left the phone on the bed. So I rang the bell knocked and eventually had to leave as nobody was answering. After a few attempts at messaging via booking.com I asked could they send it to me but that got no response the best was someone would be there after 3. Eventually I got a friend to collect it. I didn’t enjoy my stay and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here as it is filthy and I’m disappointed with booking.com for listing it I trusted the property would be ok if it was on your site.

Stayed in far better, for a third of the price. Would rather sleep in the car.

Leaving was by far the highlight of this stay.

This is basically somebodies house that they have let out all the rooms. They do not stay there. Within the room that has the private toilet, everything second hand did not match. Floor in room pealing due to water from shower. Its just a curtain that does not reach floor. If you want any hot water for shower you need to turn on the immerser first and wait 15 minutes. So basically no running hot water at any time. Asked for towels, never given, yet part of room. Asked for a receipt for the stay and never got one. In Morning check out was lock the door and post the keys. Gardens a mess I don't think they ever cut the grass. Old van sitting behind the grass that's never cut. Glad it was just on night, I will never return.

don’t go there i would prefer to spend a night on road istead of this property

there is nothing to like in a property

there is no privacy in this property there is no lock in a toilet no one is answering phone call once door is looked u can’t even open easily u need 20 minutes patience to open a door with key of ur room nd there is bad smell dumpy smell coming from whole property i tried to talk customer service on booking.com even they were not accessible to talk with property owner

Don’t bother wasting your time staying there

What is the weather like in the property? It is absolutely atrocious. So nothing.

Everyone avoid at all costs due to staff, verbally abusive, no hot water fire exit blocked in case of a fire, the back door with rubbish mould in bathroom wires on show what I live risk of electrocution damp mattresses towels had stains on and was very disgusting in bedroom had cobwebs all over the wall live electrical wires on show and very disappointed with the ad they post as it’s not what it looks like in the picture so do not waste your time I’m gonna post pictures up so please do take time to have a look as I am really struggling to get my money back because when I went in, I walked back out and ended my holiday because it’s a health hazard for breathing if you’ve got asthma with mild ceiling, cracking and stuff like that and I don’t know how they are getting away with renting this out as this would not hit the right laws and regulations

Nothing only the location was handy for us

It was very badly run down bed was damp, had no towels or even soap to wash hands ,bathroom sink was leaking floor was wet , broken bedroom blinds were broken only that we hadn't got anywhere else and it was late we wouldn't have stayed

Not worth up to 20% of what I paid for. I would NEVER recommend anyone to pay for that. It’s a nightmare.

Unfortunately I didn’t like anything about this property. It’s a disaster if I may say.

First there’s no customer support service. No one could answer your calls. The place appears to be expensive for not having the services on the adds. (Looks nice on the website but it’s a disgrace in reality) I paid for two nights, and could barely spend a night as the heater was not working, the toilet was not working, the bathroom was leaking and water was spilling out to the floor and into the room, (I felt like I was in danger) especially when I can’t flush out after using the toilet (I fear I could be exposed to infection or something). My partner and I couldn’t wait to leave the next morning for another hotel.

I didn't stay as the photo was made obvious purpose to attract people. This is not a lodge. it's a derelict house where some foreigners pay to stay in dirty place .everything rotens, and it's a simple house where people live and pay unpleasant rooms to survive

Nothing what I saw online prior to booking is not what I got after booking. The house is old and need to be renovated. Not clean at all.

Not comfortable with the bed I slept in. The building looks as if it has been abandoned.

No breakfast. I was able to lay my head for that one night.

The location and cost.

No response from calls or texts after booking. Pillows smelled use by someone. Blinds and door is broken. Place was filled with cigarette smoke. Kitchen was very dirty.

Night mare

When I pulled up in the taxi the driver didn't want to let me stay there the place is falling apart inside wasn't any better I had to go to aldi and buy cleaning products the electricity got cut off so no shower no heater 3 guys live there can't speak English I lost my money I couldn't stay there ruined my trip to Ireland

I couldn't get out of this establishment fast enough- felt unsafe,dirty house, cold with no hotwater

There was no breakfast included . The Location was OK, but the parking in the drive was very tight

On entering the premises the contact showed me to my room, quickly gave me an overview and keys before going upstairs. Room was on the ground floor - lighting was very poor in hall between my room and the shared bathroom not clean and no hot water). From the front door you pass a kitchen which was not clean and fully of dirty dishes and rubbish bin was full . My room - TV didn't work and there was two dirty old remote controllers with no batteries. The window in the room was broken and could easily be broken into, also a wind was coming through as it was a cold night . Room as cold and all I had was an electric heater . There was also a musty smell in the room . I did not feel safe there and slept with the light on all night but didnt sleep as people were talking upstairs into the early hours . In the middle of the night someone came down and did the washing up in the kitchen .

Horrendous lodge!

Horrible lodge! Arrived to a freezing cold ‘house’… I was escorted to my room and told I couldn’t stay in the room I booked because someone left a window open and there was a cat on my bed?!?! There was no heat on in the house, no hot water and had to wear a tracksuit to bed to keep warm and keep the dirt off me!
