Great place to stay with some quirks.

Great place to stay, well equipped and an awesome location.

I am deducting some points as we didn't get any check-in instructions before we arrived. After several phone calls (the phone number and property owners are in Hawaii!) we were then contacted by a local property manager. It took several text messages and calls to finally obtain the check-in instructions. Also there is no free parking on the premise as was advertised. Parking is roadside nearby. Some spots are 3hr parking limit, some are unlimited but after work hours spaces fill up quickly. This is a large apartment building. While it was very quiet, we spent a good hour and a half at night on the street when the fire alarm went off due to a cooking mishap in another apartment. The firefighters that came had no idea how to turn of the alarm until we finally guessed the right passcode to disable it.

Great place to stay, well equipped and an awesome location.
