In einem lebendigen Viertel in Tirana gelegen. Sehr sauber und neu. Badezimmer gut. Relativ typisch für Tirana sind die Wohnungen super in Schuss. Eingang, Treppe und Flur als Gemeinschaftsbesitz für den sich niemand verantwortlich fühlt, ist dagegen etwas runtergekommen. Die Arbeiterpaläste aus kommunistischer Zeit sind aber erstaunlich stabil. Mir hat die Mischung gefallen.
Märkte, Supermärkte und nette Restaurants sehr nah. Ins gippe Blokku nur wenige Minuten
Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es war sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage hat das Wohnzimmer wunderbar gekühlt. Das Schlafzimmer und das Bad blieben aber warm.

Super Lage! Kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war schön hell und sauber. Die Küche war noch wie neu, haben den Kühlschrank und Backofen genutzt. Bett war gemütlich, nur die Kissen waren uns etwas zu dick, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!
Der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert, auch zu Sonderzeiten. Die Schlüssel waren in einem Fach mit Pincode direkt vor der Tür, Zahlung lief auch über das gleiche Fach. Bei Fragen hat der Host per Whatsapp immer sofort geantwortet.
Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas spärlich. Besen oder Putztuch waren auch leider nicht vorhanden, aber Übergabe lief trotzdem problemlos :)

What a lovely cosy apartment, had lounge, kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. The smaller one is quite small (had no door) but worked for us. It was great to make our own breakfast each morning, and bring back food to keep in the fridge. We loved the location, close to town so walking distance to the square and the pyramid, it was great. The host responds promptly and always happy to help. Great value for money!
