The balcony, with a super view, the shower, and the warm environment.

Safe and secure environment. Good to have a washing machine. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t find the apartment. Good size apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom and a good size balcony.
Struggled to find the place in what seemed like a run down area. Very weird on entering as appeared like someone was living there- bottles etc on counter, washing on balcony. Very small bath towels. No kettle just a coffee machine.
