Beautiful hotel. Loved everything about it. Service was amazing. General manager helped us with the every aspect we needed himself. Recommend it for anyone . Close to the ferry and train station. Hotel offers shuttle too

Stayed 2 nights. Staying here gave me the
opportunity to spend the afternoon in Hiroshima on my way and have a full day on Miyajima. Great location - close to train and ferry to Miyajima. Friendly staff picked me up and dropped me off at the train station with my luggage. I appreciated the warm rooftop baths after hiking up and down the mountain on Miyajima. Definitely recommend for foodies - the dinners and breakfasts were amazing! They have a nice wine selection, too. Esthetics and staff were much appreciated. One of my top stays while in Japan for 3 weeks!

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
